Pink Diamond Gals Inc. was founded from a passion to create safe, empowering spaces where girls can grow in confidence, discover their purpose, and develop the skills needed to succeed in life. As a mother, mentor, and community leader, Erica Hill understands the importance of guidance, encouragement, and opportunity in shaping the next generation of young women. Seeing the need for more girls to be exposed to leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and real-world life skills, she created Pink Diamond Gals to help girls feel seen, supported, prepared, and empowered to lead with confidence no matter their background or circumstances. Through mentorship, safety education, and hands-on programs, her mission is to inspire girls to dream bigger, believe in themselves, and understand that they are capable of building successful futures of their own. Built through pressure and born to shine, Pink Diamond Gals was created to remind every girl that her story, voice, and future matter.
