From the very first idea to a full launch, Startup Studio guides young women through branding, pricing, customer discovery, and business planning, all while emphasizing community service for women. The journey culminates in an exciting Pitch Day, where participants present their businesses to mentors and community leaders — gaining valuable feedback, confidence, real-world experience, and even the chance for funding to bring their ideas to life. Additionally, the program promotes financial literacy for women and supports women empowerment, ensuring that each participant is equipped for success.
Connections that count. In this pathway, young women are paired with mentors, join career panels, and gain access to scholarships, internships, and microgrants. Diamond Leaders is a leadership development track designed to build confidence, advocacy skills, and public speaking, particularly focusing on community service for women. Participants gain real-world practice by leading workshops, presenting ideas, and representing their communities, all while preparing to step forward as the strong, shining leaders of tomorrow. Spark Pop-Ups provides young women with hands-on entrepreneurship experience in the real world, aligning with community service for women. Participants create and sell products, test out business ideas, and run pop-up shops at local markets or community events, all while gaining practical skills and financial literacy for women. This empowers them with the confidence to turn their ideas into profit, supporting women empowerment in the process.
The Bright Futures Fellowship is a selective program for young women eager to create impact through community service for women on a larger scale. Fellows receive mentorship, leadership training, and funding to bring their community projects or business ideas to life — turning vision into action and passion into purpose, while also focusing on financial literacy for women to support women empowerment.
